welcome to know about Sri Sri Ravisankar Guruji. He is a saint of the century who gave the great Sudarshana Kriya for the well being of the humanity.

 Sri Sri Ravisankarji is born in Papanasanam in Tamil Nadu and educated in Bangalore.After Graduation, He did penance and came out with a gift to Humanity, the breathing technique, known as Sudarshana Kriya which controls the stress and ailments like blood pressure etc.,

All over the world there are several Art of Living Centres which provide training in Part One and Part II (advance course). There is also course for young people, known as Art of Excel.
